Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for JKT LLC dba Senhålom 1. General These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by JKT LLC, doing business as Senhålom (the "Studio"), located in Guam, U.S.A. By purchasing and participating in any classes or services offered by the Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Class Packages and Validity Class packages, including 5 class and 10 class packages, are valid for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Single Class Passes is valid for 45 days from date of purchase. Any unused classes after the applicable period will expire and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended. It is the responsibility of the client to manage their class schedule within the validity period. 3. Booking and Attendance All class bookings must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Clients are encouraged to book early to secure their spot due to limited availability. Late arrivals may be denied entry to avoid disruption, and the class will be considered forfeited. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid forfeiting a class. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will result in the loss of one class from the package. Exceptions for emergency situations will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients must contact the Studio directly to discuss emergency-related cancellations. 5. Refunds and Transfers All purchases are final. Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Studio does not offer refunds or exchanges for unused or expired classes. 6. Health and Safety Clients are responsible for consulting with their healthcare provider before participating in any classes and for informing the instructor of any injuries or health conditions. The Studio is committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Any behavior that compromises the safety or comfort of others may result in removal from the class and suspension of access to Studio services. 7. Waiver of Liability By participating in any class, clients acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical activity. The Studio and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation. 8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the territory of Guam, U.S.A. 9. Amendments The Studio reserves the right to amend
