Join us for Inside Out: A Trinity Experience Saturday November 8, 2025 6-9p Flow with Senhalom as we drop into somatic movement & breath, guiding you to grow, flow, glow, and go within Melt into Serenity Wellness Spa's healing touch, releasing tension you didn't even know you were holding. Savor a wholesome feast by Primal Plate, made with whole foods, minimal ingredients, and a whole lot of taste. This is more than an event. It is a full body exhale; a reminder that thriving should feel this good. Move well. Rest well. Eat well. Be well....from the inside out

Sweat, stretch, sip, savor—Trinity’s here to feed your body, soul, & spirit. Show up ready to move, breathe, eat, and vibe. You’re in good health, can participate in physical activity, have no massage restrictions, and agree to play nice, respect others, and follow the rules. Food allergies? Email info@senhalom.com. Tickets are final—cancel 72+ hours in advance for a refund. Date & Time: November 8, 2025 6p-830p Location: Serenity Wellness Spa By booking, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: Registration & Payment: Tickets must be purchased in advance. All payments are final. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event; otherwise, the ticket is non-refundable. Health & Safety: You confirm you are in good health, able to participate in physical activity, and have no contraindications for massage. Participation is at your own risk—listen to your body! Liability: You release Trinity (JKT LLC dba Senhalom, Q&L LLC dba Serenity Wellness Spa, Primal Plate LLC) and affiliates from any claims for injury, illness, or property loss during the event. Conduct: Respect your fellow humans. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior won’t fly. Organizers may remove anyone breaking the vibe without refund. Media: Photos/videos may be taken for marketing. Attendance grants consent unless otherwise requested in writing. Food & Allergies: Primal Plate LLC provides curated wellness cuisine. Email info@senhalom.com with any dietary restrictions or allergies. We’ll do our best, but can’t guarantee allergen-free meals. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Events may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. Ticket holders will be notified, and refunds or credits issued for cancellations.
