Cancellation Policy
Senhålom Class Cancellation and No-Show Policy To ensure a seamless experience for everyone in our community, we kindly ask all students to adhere to the following cancellation and no-show policy: 1. Cancellations: - All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time. - Cancellations made after this window will be considered a **late cancellation** and are non-refundable. 2. No-Shows: - If you do not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, your class will be considered forfeited and is non-refundable. 3. Class Passes: - If you are using a class pass or membership, one session will be deducted for late cancellations or no-shows. 4. Emergencies: - We understand that emergencies happen.
