Before we journey through six months of earth, breath, release, and rebirth — we’re inviting you into a free 90-minute embodiment session inside the Grove. Led by Jazz x Tåsi, this experience blends grounding rituals, breathwork, yin + gentle flow, somatic tools, and a closing Grove-style share. Come claim your space in the Grove, where every rooted woman grows in her own time.

Cancellation Policy
Senhålom Workshop Cancellation and No-Show Policy To ensure a seamless experience for everyone in our community, we kindly ask all students to adhere to the following cancellation and no-show policy: 1. Cancellations: - All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled workshop time. - Cancellations made after this window will be considered a **late cancellation** and are non-refundable. 2. No-Shows: - If you do not attend the scheduled workshop without prior notice, your class will be considered forfeited and is non-refundable. 3. Class Passes: - If you are using a class pass or membership, one session will be deducted for late cancellations or no-shows. 4. Emergencies: - We understand that emergencies happen. If extenuating circumstances prevent timely cancellation, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
