Cancellation Policy

Senhålom Event Space Rental Terms Rates (per hour, 2-hour minimum): For Profit: $50 Non-Profit: $40 Student: $30 Payment: 2-hour rentals: paid in full at booking. 2+ hours: 50% deposit required at booking; balance due before event date. Cancellations: 7+ days before event: full refund. 4–6 days before event: 50% refund. Less than 4 days: non-refundable. Use of Space: Renter is responsible for set-up, clean-up, and leaving space as found. Additional time will incur extra fees. Damages will be billed to renter. Liability: JKT LLC dba Senhålom: A Serene Space and RK Plaza are not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, or damages during your event. By booking, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senhålom and RK Plaza.
