Service Description
Give your nervous system the love letter it’s been begging for. Flow, Breathe, Surrender, Receive is our new Sunday evening ritual: a slow, intentional movement practice designed to unhook you from the week and ease you into rest. Chanel will guide you through a grounding slow-flow sequence that invites you to move with your breath, soften the places you’ve been gripping, and reconnect with your inner knowing. As your body unwinds, you’ll drop into a Reiki-infused rest to help restore your energy, regulate your system, and remind you that receiving is a skill worth practicing. This class is perfect if you’re craving softness, depth, nervous system nourishment, or simply a moment to be held before Monday comes knocking again. Come as you are. Leave a little more you. Grow, glow, flow, and go within.

Cancellation Policy
Senhålom Class Cancellation and No-Show Policy To ensure a seamless experience for everyone in our community, we kindly ask all students to adhere to the following cancellation and no-show policy: 1. **Cancellations:** - All cancellations must be made **at least 12 hours prior** to the scheduled class time. - Cancellations made after this window will be considered a **late cancellation** and are non-refundable. 2. **No-Shows:** - If you do not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, your class will be considered forfeited and is non-refundable. 3. **Class Passes:** - If you are using a class pass or membership, one session will be deducted for late cancellations or no-shows. 4. **Emergencies:** - We understand that emergencies happen.
