This isn’t about transcending your human-ness. it’s about landing in it. Through guided breath, body-based awareness, and a few playful mind tricks, you’ll learn how to: 🧘♂️ regulate your nervous system (without gaslighting it) 🫁 breathe in a way that actually calms you down 🧠 get curious about your thoughts instead of being bossed around by them 💓 return to the moment — and maybe even enjoy it Whether you’re a chronic overthinker, a burnout survivor, or just someone who needs a damn pause button, this is your monthly reminder that you can’t heal in fight-or-flight. Come sit, breathe, and remember that peace isn’t “out there”. It’s already in you.

Cancellation Policy
Senhålom Workshop Cancellation and No-Show Policy To ensure a seamless experience for everyone in our community, we kindly ask all students to adhere to the following cancellation and no-show policy: 1. Cancellations: - All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled workshop time. - Cancellations made after this window will be considered a **late cancellation** and are non-refundable. 2. No-Shows: - If you do not attend the scheduled workshop without prior notice, your class will be considered forfeited and is non-refundable. 3. Class Passes: - If you are using a class pass or membership, one session will be deducted for late cancellations or no-shows. 4. Emergencies: - We understand that emergencies happen. If extenuating circumstances prevent timely cancellation, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
