This month, we are featuring the transformative Flow & Forgiveness class with Jazz! 🌊💖 Release tension, open your heart, and move through fluid sequences paired with forgiveness practices. This class is a perfect way to honor your body and mind during Yoga Awareness Month.

Tip of the Month + Featured Practice: Forgiveness & Breath Flow
Forgiveness frees your body and mind. Take 5 minutes to identify something or someone you’re ready to forgive—especially yourself. Then, pair it with conscious breathwork:
1. Sit comfortably, close your eyes.
2. Inhale deeply, expanding your belly.
3. Exhale, releasing tension, judgment, or guilt.
4. Continue 3-5 minutes, breathing in forgiveness and exhaling what no longer serves you.
This practice aligns perfectly with National Yoga Awareness Month, helping you embody awareness, presence, and flow.
