🌀Active Meditation for Anxiety & Nervous System Regulation:

October is all about rising, breaking open, and reconnecting — and sometimes our nervous system needs a little extra love. Anxiety often shows up as tight shoulders, jittery energy, or racing thoughts. This month, we’re moving it through.


🕯️ Set your sacred-but-cheeky space: Put on music that makes your body want to move — soulful beats or head-bopping jams.

💃 Shake it, sway it, roll it out: Move hands, shoulders, spine, and hips. Every wiggle sends stress packing.

🌬️ Breathe with the motion: Inhale as you lift, exhale as you release — helping your nervous system shift from fight-or-flight to rest-and-reset.

🎤 Vocal release (optional but magic): Hum, sing, or shout a word like “I am safe,” “I release,” or even a cheeky "fucccck yes.”

🧘‍♀️ Close with stillness: After 5–10 minutes, pause, notice your body, and feel the calm settle in. That’s your nervous system giving you a high-five.
